Rooms are "well laid out", "spacious" and "luxurious" at this "attractive" chain link "convenient to get anywhere in town" and "across from the Towson Town Center mall"; parking is "easy and free", the staff is "super friendly" and food at the Rain restaurant is "quite good", though "on the pricey side" (and the "service is slow"); luckily, travelers can take "the skywalk to the adjacent mall, which has plenty of dining options."

The friendliness of the staff.
Last visit, the pool seemed dirty. Didn't bother to check this time.
The hotel is attractive, handy for our needs, free parking,nice restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is the fourth time we have stayed here in a year.
